Firehouse Fish Feed

• 5 pounds cod fillets
• 2 bottles lemon juice
• 1 pound butter
• 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic minced

1. In saucepan, melt butter; add lemon juice, all garlic seasoning; bring to boil, stirring constantly and remove from burner.
2. Place roasting bag in 12x 18 inch sheet pan with at least 1 inch sides.
3. Put cod inside bag, pour in sauce mix, squeeze out all air in bag and tie shut.
4. Make sure cod is not stacked inside bag.
5. Bake in 350F (180C) oven for 30 to 45 minutes if frozen.
6. Puncture bag if it gets close to top burner.
