Raspberry Syllabub

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in medium bowl until sugar dissolves.
  2. Beat cream in large bowl to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold whipped cream into wine mixture.
  4. Divide mixture among 8 wineglasses.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight (syllabub mixture will separate).
  6. Sprinkle with berries and serve.
