Apple Lemon Pie Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Cream butter and sugar well.
  2. Fold in Large eggs, one at a time.
  3. Stir in apples, then lemon juice.
  4. Fill pie shell; bake for 20 min.
  5. Reduce heat to 350 F; continue baking for 25 min.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
  7. Serves 6-8
