Apple Lemon Pie Recipe
- 6 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, softened
- 6 Tbsp. Granulated sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 4 lrg Apples, peeled and coarsely grated Juice of 1 to 1 1/2 lemons
- 1 x 9" pie shell (unbaked) Whipped cream or possibly ice cream
- Preheat oven to 425 F. Cream butter and sugar well.
- Fold in Large eggs, one at a time.
- Stir in apples, then lemon juice.
- Fill pie shell; bake for 20 min.
- Reduce heat to 350 F; continue baking for 25 min.
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Serves 6-8
