Cinnamon French Toast

  1. Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla in 9-inch pie plate; mix well.
  2. Dip 4 slices bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle until sizzling; add 4 dipped bread slices.
  4. Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Repeat with remaining 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 4 bread slices.
  6. Serve warm with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and maple syrup.
