Cinnamon French Toast
- 1/3 cup Land O Lakes Half & Half
- 3 Land O Lakes Eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 slices English muffin bread
- 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- Maple syrup
- Combine half & half, eggs and vanilla in 9-inch pie plate; mix well.
- Dip 4 slices bread into mixture, turning to coat both sides.
- Melt 2 tablespoons Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet or griddle until sizzling; add 4 dipped bread slices.
- Cook, turning once, 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.
- Repeat with remaining 1 tablespoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 4 bread slices.
- Serve warm with additional Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and maple syrup.
