Cheesy chicken and bacon alfrado casserole
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 pack bacon
- 1 can of peas
- 1 bag wide egg noddles
- 2 jars classico alfrado sauce
- 2 heaping table spoons sour cream
- 1 bag sharp shreaded chedder cheese
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/3 box Ritz crackers crushed
- Cook chicken in oven till done, fry bacon and set those aside and boil your noodles
- In a large mixing bowl combine alfrado sauce, sour cream a hand ful, of shreaded cheese, Parmesan cheese, and peas
- Now cut your bacon and chicken to bite size pieces and add to mixture along with your noodles, feel free to have a couple of bacon strips for your self we all deserve it :)
- Poor into a 13x6 casserole dish cover with crushed Ritz crackers and remaining cheese, bake in oven till top is golden brown aprox 10 min on 400F
