Country Cabbage Bake
- 1 head cabbage
- 3 Red potatoes
- 1 large onion
- 2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cup Broccoli
- 1 can Corned beef
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Salt
- 3 cup Cornbread mix
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- Bring cabbage to slow boil,preheat oven to 400F
- Add diced potatoes and quartered onion
- Add salt ,pepper,garlic powder
- Add broccoli an cook till tender but not mushy,drain liquid
- Place in large baking pan or the aluminum disposable ones
- Mix in 2 cans of soup and corned beef
- Prepare cornbread as bag says,I add 1/4 cup self rising flour also,mix wet so will spread good
- Cover with the cornbread mix an put in oven till cornbread starts to brown
