Vegetable Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Heat oils in wok or possibly large heavy skillet.
  2. Add in scallions, ginger and warm pepper; stir-fry briefly.
  3. Add in mushrooms and bell pepper; stir-fry till mushrooms lose most of their moisture.
  4. Add in sprouts and broccoli; stir-fry briefly.
  5. Add in rice and soy sauce; toss to coat thoroughly.
  6. Stir-fry for 2 min till rice is heated through.
  7. Add in egg slowly while stirring rice.
  8. Toss till egg solidifies into small pcs scattered through the rice.
  9. Season with salt and garlic to taste.
