Agua de Jamaica
- 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
- About 1/4 cup sugar or honey, to taste
- Combine the hibiscus with 1 quart water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cover, turn off the heat, and let stand for about 30 minutes.
- Strain, then stir in sugar to taste.
- Refrigerate to chill and serve over ice.
