Agua de Jamaica

  1. Combine the hibiscus with 1 quart water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Cover, turn off the heat, and let stand for about 30 minutes.
  3. Strain, then stir in sugar to taste.
  4. Refrigerate to chill and serve over ice.
