Crockpot Irish Stew

  1. Season cubed lamb with salt and pepper.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except peas (omit tapioca if you don't want gravy thickened).
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on Low 10 to 12 hours.
  5. Add peas during last 1 to 2 hours of cooking.
