Leek with bakkwa and bean curd

  1. Prepare the starch water, using 5ml starch flour stirred in about 100ml water.
  2. Add in light soya sauce.
  3. Put aside.
  4. Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low heat.
  5. Fry bean curd till evenly browned.
  6. Add in leek and bakkwa.
  7. Stir fry all using high heat.
  8. Keep stirring till leek evenly cooked but not burned.
  9. Turn off heat.
  10. Add starch water and simmer for awhile.
  11. Ready to serve.
