Chinese Sweet 'N Sour Pork Recipe
- 1 pound pork loin, cut in strips
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 pt. corn oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. flour
- Mix first 5 ingredients into batter.
- Drop pork pcs into batter and fry in warm oil.
- For sweet and sour sauce: combine sugar, vinegar, catsup, soy sauce, cornstarch and water.
- Cook till thick.
- Add in one can pineapple chunks and pour over pork.
- Good served over rice.
