Crabmeat-Broccoli Casserole

  1. Remove crust from bread; cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes. Combine

  4. milk and mayonnaise; stir well.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  6. Remove mixture from refrigerator; stir intggs,
  7. crabmeat,
  8. onion
  9. and parsley.
  10. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well.trrange broccoli in a
  11. lightly greased

  14. 9t 2-inch baking dish.
  15. Spoon crabmeat
  16. mixture evenly
  17. over broccoli.
  18. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0
  19. for
  20. 40 minutes.
  21. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
