Refreshing Japanese Omelet With Umeboshi Plums and Shiso

  1. Mince the shiso leaves.
  2. Chop the umeboshi plums and make them into a paste.
  3. Combine all the ingredients together.
  4. Cook in a pan.
  5. It won't burn easily since there is no sugar.
  6. It won't go bad easily due to the umeboshi, so I make it for a lunch box during summer season.
  7. I had this on a salad the first time.
  8. With Japanese style dressing.
