Refreshing Japanese Omelet With Umeboshi Plums and Shiso
- 4 Eggs
- 10 Shiso leaves
- 2 large Umeboshi paste
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp White sesame seeds
- Mince the shiso leaves.
- Chop the umeboshi plums and make them into a paste.
- Combine all the ingredients together.
- Cook in a pan.
- It won't burn easily since there is no sugar.
- It won't go bad easily due to the umeboshi, so I make it for a lunch box during summer season.
- I had this on a salad the first time.
- With Japanese style dressing.
