Okara Diet Cheese and Cereal Snacks

  1. This is "ALL BRAN" cereals with full of dietary fiber, not "BRAN FLAKE"
  2. Put into a bowl.
  3. Soak the cereal for 3 minutes.
  4. When the cereal has softened, add the rest of ingredients to mix in.
  5. Roll up the dough and place on a plate.
  6. If you have parchment paper, line on the plate.
  7. It's about 20g for each ball.
  8. Microwave for about 4 minutes at 500w.
