Petite Cookie Sandwiches

• 90 grams White chocolate
• 100 grams Pancake mix
• 1 medium egg
• 10 grams olive oil
• 15 grams chocolate chips
• 1 tsp yogurt

1. Mix everything in a bowl.
2. Drop them on baking sheet or greased baking pan.
3. (Drops of dough should be an-inch balls.)
4. Baked them in a preheated oven at 180F.C
5. Leave them out for a while after taking out of oven to cool.
6. Cut them into 2 to horizontally.
7. Spread melted white chocolate on both cut sides (inside).
8. Leave them for a while until the chocolate gets settled.
