Chocolate Eclair Pie Recipe
- Graham crackers
- 2 (6 ounce.) vanilla instant pudding
- 4 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 8 ounce. Cold Whip
- 1 can chocolate icing
- Layer 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers.
- Mix pudding lowfat milk, and Cold Whip together and pour on top of the graham crackers.
- Place another layer of graham crackers over the pudding mix.
- ICING: heat the can of chocolate icing in the microwave for 45 seconds so it is easier to spread.
- Spread on top of the crackers.
- Chill.
- Best when made the night before.
