Smoked Cheddar wrapped in pork loin with French peas and plum sauce served with parmesan mashed potatoes
- 420 grams pork loin
- 70 grams chedar
- 80 grams peas
- 40 grams bacon
- 100 ml cream
- 5 grams thyme
- 5 grams rosemary
- 3 grams sea salt
- 400 grams potatoes
- 15 grams parmezan
- 1 milk, butter salt and parsley to mashet potatoes
- Preheat oven to 160 Celsius and bake until they have meat in the middle of 62 degrees
- Meat bake in foil.
- For control of temperature using a thermometer
