Pisco Brandy Cocktail

• 1/4 cup pisco
• 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste
• 1 large egg white
• 1 1/2 cups ice cubes

1. Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
2. Add more sugar to taste, if desired.
3. Strain into a shallow champagne glass and serve immediately.
