Kitchen Sink Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375F Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In large bowl whisk flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  4. Set aside.
  5. With an electric mixer beat butter, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  6. Beat eggs one at a time until incorporated.
  7. Gradually add flour mixture into butter mixture and mix only until combined.
  8. With rubber spatula, fold chocolate chunks, raisins pecans and oats.
  9. Drop 2 inch balls, spaced 2 inches apart onto prepared sheets.
  10. Flatten dough slightly.
  11. Bake 12-16 minutes or until lightly browned.
  12. Cool 5 minutes on sheets and transfer to wore racks to cool off completely.
