Detweiler Stroganoff
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 -4 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons parsley
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup rice
- sautee onion in butter.
- Add meat, brown, and breakup into small bits.
- add mushrooms and cook until juice released.
- add garlic.
- add cream of mushroom.
- add salt and pepper.
- Serve over rice.
