Hash Browns
- 1 each potato
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 tsp vegetable oil
- Place potato on a cheese grater.
- Soak the potato slivers in a cold water bath.

- This step removes the starch from the potato.
- Strain.
- Place on heated and oiled pan.
- Add seasoning.
- Cover.
- Let cook for about five minutes.
- Flip the potato slivers.
- Let cook for another five minutes.
- Serve.
