Turkey Pot Pie/Biscuit Recipe
- 1/2 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. carrots, diced
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 Large eggs, minced
- 5 tbsp. butter
- 2 c. broth
- 1 c. cooked peas, liquid removed
- 3 c. turkey, diced
- 1 can unbaked biscuits
- NOTE: Top with biscuits.
- Bake 12 to 15 min at 450 degrees.
- Cook carrots and celery together in boiling salted water 15 min.
- Drain; reserve liquid for gravy.
- Blend flour, salt and fat.
- Stir into warm liquid.
- Cook till thickened.
- Combine gravy, vegetables and turkey.
- Place in greased pan.
- Bake 30 min at 425 degrees.
- Remove from oven.
- Serves 10 to 12.
