Pepper Peach Collins

  1. In a mixing glass add the peppercorns and serrano slice and muddle.
  2. Add ice cubes, gin, peach puree, simple syrup and lemon, and shake.
  3. Pour into in a 12-ounce Collins glass, and top with club soda.
