Steel Oat Muffins

  1. Combine all ingredients, mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
  2. Pour into nonstick muffin pans.
  3. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes.
  4. For bread pan, cook at 375 for 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Store in ziplock bags or Tupperware in refrigerator.
