Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3-1/2 cup flour
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- Melt butter until liquid, then add brown and granulated sugar.
- Add egg, vanilla, baking soda and powder.
- Mix with wooden spoon.
- Add flour until thick enough to roll dough into balls.
- The size of the coookies is completely up to you.
- Add chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Fold into dough.
- Roll the dough into ball onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes at 325F.
- The larger you make the cookies the longer the cooking time.
- Let cool.
