Remoulade Sauce
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 tbsp. white vinegar
- 4 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1-1/3 tbsp. prepared horseradish sauce
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 dash pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- Use blender; mix everything except celery and onions.
- Pour celery and onions into mixture.
