Heather's Bake Sale Lemon Bars

• 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
• 23 cup confectioners' sugar
• 34 cup butter, softened
• 3 eggs, lightly beaten
• 1 12 cups sugar
• 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 14 cup lemon juice
• confectioners' sugar, additional

1. Combine first three ingredients until crumbly.
2. Put into a greased 13 x 9 pan.
3. Pat down and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, flour and lemon juice until frothy.
5. Pour over hot crust.
6. Bake until golden brown (approximately 20 minutes).
7. Cool and dust with confectioner's sugar.
