Leftover breakfast/Lunch Tacos

  1. Leftovers were the Baked Chicken and Roasted small peppers.
  2. Set up Mise En Place
  3. Dice up onion and Thai hot peppers, cook them first in hot pan with olive oil.
  4. When onion is translucent, add peppers and chicken to pan.
  5. Heat through, cut lime in half and squeeze over pan.
  6. Mix through with heat off.
  7. Heat tortillas and add ingredients.
  8. Squeeze other half of lime into tacos slowly.
  9. Let lime soak in... enjoy.
