Crusty Cobbler Recipe

  1. Heat butter in deep dish.
  2. Mix together flour, sugar, baking pwdr and lowfat milk.
  3. Pour over melted butter; don't stir.
  4. Pour fruit over mix, don't stir.
  5. Sprinkle with pecans.
  6. If fresh fruit is used, sprinkle 3/4 c. sugar over top.
  7. Bake 45 min at 375 degrees.
