Chewy Granola Bars

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Coat 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and 1/4 tsp.
  4. salt in bowl.
  5. Stir in apricots, chocolate chips and walnuts.
  6. Beat brown sugar, maple syrup, almond butter, oil and egg whites with electric beater until smooth.
  7. Stir in oat mixture.
  8. Spread mixture in prepared baking dish, and pat down firmly.
  9. Sprinkle top with remaining salt.
  10. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, or until firm.
  11. Cool 20 minutes before slicing into bars.
  12. Unmold, and store in airtight container.
