Meal In A Muffin Dish Recipe

• 1 can (15 1/2 ounce.) corned beef hash
• 6 Large eggs
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1/2 pkg. corn muffin mix

1. Grease 12 muffin c.. Press about 2 Tbsp.
2. hash in each of 6 muffin c., making deep indentation in center of hash.
3. Break an egg into each hash c..
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Prepare half package muffin mix as directed.
6. Fill remaining muffin c. 1/2 full.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 min, or possibly till golden.
8. Makes 4-6 servings.
