Awesome Meatloaf

• 2 pound ground beef
• 2 large eggs
• 4 ounces crackers, saltine Crushed
• 1/2 each onions Diced
• 1 each sweet bell peppers Diced

1. Additional Ingredient: ketchup
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except ketchup.
4. Mix very well.
5. In a broiler pan, form a mixture into a large loaf, about 4 inches thick.
6. Bake in the center of the oven 30 minutes.
7. Remove from oven and coat, heavily, with ketchup.
8. Bake an additional 20 minutes, or until inside is no longer pink.
