Summer Sunrise Mango Veggie Wrap (Raw Foods)

  1. Combine first four ingredients (mango through red bell pepper) in a medium bowl.
  2. Mix to combine.
  3. Drop a couple of tablespoons of Greek Honey Yogurt on a Romaine leaf and spread out.
  4. Top with mango-veggie mixture.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
  6. Great for a summer lunch or picnic.
