Curried Apple Brie Flatbread
- 3 teaspoons Mild Curry Powder
- 1/2 cups Butter, Softened
- 1 piece Flatbread, Large
- 1 whole Apple, Thinly Sliced
- 6 ounces, weight Brie Thinly Sliced With Rind End Removed
- 4 Tablespoons Mango Chutney

- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a small bowl mix together curry powder and butter.
- Spread all over the flatbread.

- Arrange apple slices on the flatbread.
- Top with the slices of brie.
- Scatter dollops of chutney all over.
- Bake for about 8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice into pieces and serve.
