Beef Tomato & Cabbage Scallop Recipe
- 2 tbsp. fat
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 4 c. cabbage
- 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- Brown beef, onions and celery.
- In baking dish, place layers of meat, cabbage, then tomatoes.
- Top with bread crumbs, cover and bake 45 min at 375 degrees.
