Sesame Kale
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 bunch kale, chopped
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat, add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
- Remove from heat.
- Add water and kale and stir to mix.
- Drain.
- toss with soy sauce and sesame seeds.
- (I prefer to cut kale, rinse and let sit in colander until ready.
- I omit adding the extra water as the kale has some on it).
