Peaches and Cream Pie

  1. Mix cookie crumbs with the margarine and press into a 9" pie plate to form a crust.
  2. Mix the jelly mix with the boiling water, and stir until dissovled.
  3. Add ice cubes and stir until jelly is thickened.
  4. Add whipped topping and mix thoroughly.
  5. Gently stir in peaches.
  6. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes before folding mixture into pie crust.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
