Roasted Garlic Spicy Mayo

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Slice the top 1/3 of the garlic head off.
  3. Drizzle the exposed cloves with olive oil.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Wrap loosely in foil and bake in oven for about 30 - 40 minutes until the cloves are golden and soft.
  6. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
  7. Once garlic is cool squeeze the cloves out.
  8. Mix with salt and pepper to make a paste.
  9. Add mayo and sriracha.
  10. Enjoy!
