Roasted Garlic Spicy Mayo
- 1 small head of garlic
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375F.
- Slice the top 1/3 of the garlic head off.
- Drizzle the exposed cloves with olive oil.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Wrap loosely in foil and bake in oven for about 30 - 40 minutes until the cloves are golden and soft.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes.
- Once garlic is cool squeeze the cloves out.
- Mix with salt and pepper to make a paste.
- Add mayo and sriracha.
- Enjoy!
