Best Ever Peach Cobbler Recipe
- 3-4 c. peaches
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. tapioca
- 2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3/4 to 1 c. water or possibly lowfat milk
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Put sliced peaches into 2-qt (9x13 inch) casserole pan.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and tapioca, sugar, and mix together.
- Sprinkle cinnamon over peaches.
- Mix the biscuit mix with water or possibly lowfat milk.
- Do not make it too thick.
- Add in to peaches: 1/4 c. water 1/4 c. butter
- Mix ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Then spoon it over the biscuit mix and peaches.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35 min or possibly till golden.
