Super crispy onion rings

  1. Slice onion rings from your onion.
  2. Do not make them thicker than 1cmm/1in.
  3. Separate them carefully so you have your actual rings.
  4. Dip them in flour and put them aside.
  5. Season the remaining flour with your spices and mix.
  6. Beat your egg then pour it into the flour.
  7. Pour in the milk.
  8. Mix until you have a smooth batter with no lumps.
  9. Put your breadcrumbs in a bowl or something similar.
  10. Dip your floured onion rings in the batter and then the breadcrumbs.
  11. Make sure you coat as much of them as you can.
  12. Fry them at 180F celsius/355F for about 3 minutes.
  13. You will have to flip them over so they fry evenly.
  14. When they are crisp and golden on both sides, they are ready!
