Queso, Corn & Bacon Casserole
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Queso Blanco VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup milk
- 3 pkg. (10 oz. each) frozen corn (8 cups), thawed, well drained and patted dry
- 6 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup croutons
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cook VELVEETA and milk in saucepan on low heat 10 min.
- or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Stir in corn and bacon.
- Bake 15 min.
- Meanwhile, toss with croutons with oil.
- Stir corn mixture; top with croutons.
- Bake 10 min.
- or until casserole is heated through.
