• 1 onion, grated
• 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c. grated Cheddar Cheese
• 1 can undiluted Cream of Chicken Soup
• 3/4 stick butter
• 2 c. crushed corn flakes (for topping)
• 3/4 stick butter for top of corn flakes
