My Chili
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Coarse Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 can Tomato Paste
- 1 can Green Chilis
- 5 cup Homemade pinto beans, undrained
- 2 each Chopped Chipolte
- 2 lb Top round beef, small cubes
- Mix all ingredients, except beef, in a pot and simmer medium low heat.
- While simmering, cook beef with a small amount of the listed seasons until browned.
- Drain beef then add to bean mixture.
- Simmer at medium heat stirring occasionally for 30 min.
