My Chili

  1. Mix all ingredients, except beef, in a pot and simmer medium low heat.
  2. While simmering, cook beef with a small amount of the listed seasons until browned.
  3. Drain beef then add to bean mixture.
  4. Simmer at medium heat stirring occasionally for 30 min.
