Passion Fruit Batida

  1. Place all the ingredients in a tall shaker and pour into 4 (8-ounce) glasses to serve.
  2. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  3. Pass through a fine-mesh sieve and place in a small, nonreactive bowl with a lid until ready to use.
  4. Yield: 1 cup
