Pink Artic Freeze Salad

  1. Soften cream cheese.
  2. Blend in mayonnaise and sugar.
  3. Add fruit and nuts.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. Pour into an 8x8-inch serving dish.
  6. Freeze firm at least six hours or overnight.
  7. Let stand a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
  8. This may be doubled to keep an extra one in the freezer.
  9. You may also use a whole 8-ounce package of cream cheese.
  10. Either way is ok.
