Ham Fingers Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd ham
- 3/4 pound veal
- 3/4 pound lean grnd pork
- 2 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper lightly
- Mix and shape into 36 or possibly more fingers; place in baking dish.
- Mix and pour over meat: 1 tbsp.
- dry mustard 1/4 c. vinegar 1 1/2 to 2 c. water
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs, uncovered; turn over once.
