Serrano Tomatillo Salsa

  1. In a food processor or blender, pulse the onion, garlic, serrano pepper, salt until coarsely chopped.
  2. Then add in tomatillo, cherry tomatoes, cilantro.
  3. Pulse 4 times.
  4. Then just blend in avocado and lime juice for 2-3 more pulses.
  5. Serve this over pork , chicken.
  6. With fajitas or tacos.
  7. Or just as a dip.
  8. NOTE, IF YOU WANT LESS HEAT FROM THE SERRANO PEPPERS, REMOVE SEEDS AND RIBS INSIDE PEPPER.
  9. FOR FULL HEAT, CUT OFF TIP AND USE WHOLE.
