Tropical Fruit Sparkler

  1. Finely chop papaya, pineapple and ginger in processor.
  2. With machine running, add 1 cup juice; process until mixture is almost smooth.
  3. Pour into large pitcher.
  4. Mix in remaining juice.
  5. (Can be made 6 hours ahead.
  6. Refrigerate.)
  7. Stir in crushed ice.
  8. Gradually pour in sparkling water.
  9. Stir until blended and serve.
