Breast Of Chicken Eden Isle Recipe
- 6 lg. chicken breasts, boned
- 6 slices of bacon
- Pepper
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 1 jar dry beef
- Don't use any salt
- Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
- Half breasts and slices of bacon.
- Pepper chicken and wrap in bacon.
- Spray 9"x12" dish with Pam.
- Cover bottom of pan with dry beef.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Cover dish lightly with foil.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Remove foil and bake till slightly brown, about 10 to 15 min.
- Serve over rice.
- NOTE: Extremely rich and goes far.
- Serve with simple green vegetable or possibly salad.
