Kale-freezing

  1. Clean and cut kale removing stalks
  2. Boil kettle and pour over kale.
  3. Blanch for 1 minute
  4. Cool down quickly better if you have freezing cold water
  5. Pat dry kale leaves
  6. Pack in bags and freeze quickly
  7. Ready to use in your next recipe.
  8. Use directly from freezer
