Kale-freezing
- 1 kale as much as you want
- 1 cold water
- 1 freezer bags
- Clean and cut kale removing stalks
- Boil kettle and pour over kale.
- Blanch for 1 minute
- Cool down quickly better if you have freezing cold water
- Pat dry kale leaves
- Pack in bags and freeze quickly
- Ready to use in your next recipe.
- Use directly from freezer
